How does free trial work?

You can sign-up for 7 days free trial. During the trial-period, we provide free training and assistance. After expiry of the trial period, you may choose to discontinue without paying any amount or subscribe to root-edify by paying annual license fee.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. You can use root-edify without signing any contract or any long-term commitments. However, if you wish, we can provide you signed-copy of Privacy Policy and enter into a detailed SLA (Service Level Agreement).

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored on highly secure ISO 27001 and ISO 27017 certified cloud servers. Servers are protected using multi-layer security architecture which includes network security devices, firewalls and gateway appliances.

What if I want to discontinue?

We will be sorry to lose you, but you are free to discontinue any-time by sending us an email from your registered ID. We shall refund you 50% of the proportionate amount paid by you towards balance period.
